This is my entry for CWWPC Aug 17, every Wednesday this challenge is rolled out and you can share your rendition of a way – roads, paths, trails…..
This week my entry is the cable bridge over the Yamuna river at Allahabad, I loved capturing it on a rainy day, so wanted to share it for you all, hope you will like it.
The bridge besides connecting the city across the river Yamuna is also very popular hang out for the people as they seem to enjoy the breeze. At any point of time you can find many visitors across all ages enjoying their time and relaxing there, it provides wonderful peace and calmness as it is surrounded by river – Yamuna on one side and Ganga on the other.
You can see a stretch of water and a beautiful sight as far as your eyes can, If you get to pass from Allahabad make sure you stop there as I did. Unfortunately it started raining immediately and I had to get inside my car so could not capture more. These days both the Yamuna and Ganga river are above their danger marks and it is very scary when you stand at the bridge, although the bridge has good height however the water has risen so much that it gives a scary feeling.
Although did not find any mention of bridges however took the liberty of including bridges, Hope Cee won’t mind it.
Have a good day ahead and stay blessed.
Where is its ending! I felt that to see these wonderful photos of the bridge.

It has a slight turn so could not get in frame and it started pouring so I could not take more. Next time I will take one from the landscape position covering the entire length too 🙂

Aww! I didn’t ask any explanation about it😀. I said that in a poetic mood. The perspective of taking the photo is perfectly fine.
Am waiting to see its entire length.
