Looks like the flower is floating in air and the bee is enjoying the sail.

 

Indian Blanket, Firewheel, Indian Blanket Flower, Sundance, Gaillardia Pulchella or As you like it. This is a perennial flower and when in full bloom in your garden it is a visual treat to watch.
