As I write, I have the hysterical feeling! Oh, I get hysterical, hysteria Oh can you feel it, do you believe it? This is true I really get hysterical.
I am a big fan of Def Leppard and love the band a lot and their dedication and belief on each other.
They are a hard rock and heavy metal band and a genre in itself. It takes me back to the lovely golden days of my college life with the song Photograph and Pour some sugar on me.
The motivating part of the band is a different story which you must know. Allen the drummer of the band lost his left arm in a car crash. Allen was strong and motivated still to play the drums and use his feet to make up for the lost arm. They designed a special drum and waited until Allen perfected in it for their next release and never had the thought of an alternate drummer. It was after three years of rigorous practice and patience that the band came up with their next album Hysteria which was a huge success and took them to the #1 spot again. This duration is often referred to as the Hysteria Era when talking about the band.
The band members always kept faith in Rick Allen and never thought of a replacement or any kind of discontent in the group. This clearly reflects the love, faith and belief you have on each other especially during a tough time and you bounce back stronger.
My Connect
There was a time when audio cassette and CD ruled, to save cost we used to share with our friends. One of my friends had the album Vault, compilation of hits of Def Leppard. I borrowed from him and took time to absorb it in and understand their music and lyrics. I soon was following Def Leppard and enjoyed the tracks so much since then.
My Pick
The song which is my personal favourite is Photograph:
(All April I will be posting about my favourite music artist, songs or bands and my memories around them and this will help us connect and discover new artists and music genres.)
Just awe stuck with the beauty of the flowers in their full bloom.
It takes a lot of hard work to see the flowers bloom – sow the seeds, water the plants and take care of them and most important have patience after putting the hard work to see them bloom.
Success in life is also similar to the blooming of flowers, you need to plant the seed of thoughts, do your hard work and have a lot of patience to enjoy the sweet success.
At times the result might not be appealing, however these add to experiences to aid us in future.
Also remember like the flower fades away and wither, success is also short lived and we should not get carried away by success. People forget your achievements very soon, set new targets and work towards them
Have a wonderful day and hope you enjoyed the flost – floral post.
If life gives you lemons, oh pity lemons. I pity lemon for being the subject of continuous assault by the corporate world which made lemons so infamous indeed 🙂 and making it indeed a fruit portraying low esteem and low value despite its nutritional and medicinal values.
Said that basically the phrase “When life gives you lemon make lemonade out of it” implies that you were expecting something other than lemon, may be apples. Also the sour taste of lemon makes it a victim.
If, ifs and Ands were pots and pans there would have been no need for tinkers hand.
If there is Life, there is a struggle and if we get oranges and lemons then only we realize the value of sweeter side of our life. Nothing is more fulfilling than the sense of achievement doesn’t matter whether you squeeze the lemons or oranges or sell them.
So life will keep on giving oranges and lemons we need to
1-Add more oranges and give it back to the person.
2-Sell them considering they are diamonds.
3-Make it someone else’s oranges, or look for associating more people with some common area of concern. So now basically it will be a global problem and they everyone needs to look for a solution.
4-Look for ways to bartering it.
So essentially there is no need to worry for lemons and oranges it’s just the way you handle situations and there are no coaching for it, life is the best teacher and it will make you learn what you need to do with your lemons.
To start with after I saw the daily prompt I read many of the responses, I did not mean to borrow ideas, today I wanted to read how others are thinking and how many people are having similar thoughts.
So most posts at least the ones I had read clearly state that they are not a church goer or a dedicated religious person and all agree to the fact that there is something, a force that drives us all.
So at times when people fall short, at times of distress, when we feel lost, when we are in the middle of nowhere, in emergency life and death situation, fear of losing – do we utter God save me, and join our hands and look towards the sky.
It happens, I am not conservative when it comes to religion, I respect and believe in humanity above all. I had spent 12 years in a catholic school so I was brought up singing Carols. So I enjoy most of the festivals and today y daughter sings the carols for me although she is not in the catholic now. However I love them and its nostalgic and the festive time of the year.

So this post and most of the post responding to this prompt becomes more directed towards our religious faith rather than sharing our experiences around it.
Love all and stay happy and Keep the Faith in everyone whom you love, be it your near or dear ones or your pet.
Hope everyone is in love with the job he does and we don’t end up with nightmare jobs or head towards it.
Everyone has their boundaries, limitations and promises to fulfill and at the end of the day they have to land up doing a certain job irrespective of their likeness. Simply put we should not comment as we don’t know how many smiling faces are behind his job. In fact we should have more respect for those stuck in situations where the working conditions are extreme for him.
We must respect the work done by every other person and no work is small or big or nightmarish. When a job turns out to be a nightmare it is by and large when there are human issues or working conditions are acute. These are the times which teach and make people more experienced and accomplished to handle such conditions and prepare for the next level.
At such times Keep the Faith in the saying:
“This too shall pass”
We must hold on to our instincts as time goes by and we have something better in our kitty.
The most daring job in this world and nightmarish too for me is to teach children. There is a mammoth amount of patience you should have. It is for sure that if you lack the patience in the beginning you will definitely have some while you end. Kids have a whirlpool of questions and all of them are meaningful for them. At the end either they learn everything or you seem to forget all your concepts.
